ENGLISH DESCRIPTION David Perlmutter, author of the bestseller Grain Brain, is back with an astonishing fact: the gut flora directly influences every aspect of our vital health, including the nervous system. Recent scientific findings have shown that the bacteria found in the gut interact in a surprisingly active way with the brain, thus influencing its functioning. In this book, Dr. Perlmutter explains how the health of our gut flora determines our appetite, our mood, and even our risk of attention deficit disorder, Alzheimer's disease, and multiple sclerosis, among other conditions. Certain seemingly harmless decisions, such as taking antibiotics, drinking chlorinated water, eating processed and pesticide-laden foods, or even being born by C-section, can cause long-lasting changes in our microbiome and, therefore, in the health of our brain. The good news is that it can be easily rehabilitated and its optimal condition can be restored through certain eating habits that you will learn in this book, so simple that they will not only help you lose weight, but also restore your gut flora and improve your mental health for life.Shipping Notes

Good purchase
Size: 4 Panel-88‘’Wide, Color: Black
Very easy to assemble. Good quality. The material is thick enough to block the light and gives much needed privacy.

Storage may be a problem
Size: 4 Panel-88‘’Wide, Color: Black
Worked as expected however storing it was not so easy. The feet did not collapse one over the other but provide privacy.

Perfect size, good privacy
Size: 4 Panel-88‘’Wide, Color: Black
This is a good divider. The dark, thick panels provide blockage from the light. Assembly was not very hard, but it wasn't simple. I ordered this product two times in the past couple of weeks. The first time I assembled it, I noticed that the picture assembly directions aren't completely accurate. The labeled parts don't match the labels on the instructions. The wrench included in my box is too big for any of the bolts or screws used for assembly. After getting the right tools and matching against the instructions, I finally got it assembled. The divider I ordered this week is missing two wheels and there is no number for calling the supplier; thus, I seem forced to return it, instead of easily getting the two wheels. Once assembled, I am pleased with the end product and I consider it a good value.
