Hopped with US Mosaic and French Barbe Rouge, both of these bring their own berry notes to the beer, finished with a touch of Mosaic for just a hint of the tropical.
Teaming up with Dutch beer engineers, Moersleutel, we wanted to make something that both paid homage to the bounty of winter while looking forward to the fruits of summer.
