With premium quality silicone and race inspired design, this HPS silicon Radiator + Heater hose kit can withstand the harsh high temperature and high pressure operating conditions of the engine yet still maintaining peak efficiency during competition or daily driving. HPS silicone Radiator + Heater hose kit has all the correct bends and curves for a perfect fit replacement for your OEM rubber coolant hoses, compare to the universal hoses you can get from the local auto store, HPS hose kit is much easier to work with. Max Temperature Rating: 350 deg. F (177 deg. C). 100% Stainless Steel Clamps are included for easy installation.

This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
